Alkis Klimathianos brings over 24 years of experience in a multitude of programs, typologies, scales, and complexity in the field of architecture and design. Through his career he has worked substantially in regional, national, and international markets, and he has had extensive involvement in large, mixed-use projects that include signature market-rate and high-rise residential work. In addition to his mixed-use, multifamily background, Alkis brings with him comprehensive experience in varied scales of hospitality projects, Class A office towers, and campuses, in addition to urban design and master planning work, both in urban and suburban contexts. Alkis has overseen the design and management of large projects from concept to completion, contributing closely to the generation, feasibility, planning, and technical aspects of the projects. As the Managing Partner in DC, he leads a community of designers and architects to examine, explore, and develop common architectural objectives and solutions to address urban challenges, while optimally addressing the clients’ goals and vision.
