An affordable, independent senior living development, The Legends of Columbia Heights is a 4-story building featuring generously sized common spaces, a variety of unit types, and both underground and above ground parking. This project fills a neighborhood need by creating more opportunities for seniors to age in place within their community.

The building contains many amenities including a fitness facility, theater, library, club room, cards and crafts room, salon and nurse station, outdoor patio terrace with a fire pit, grilling stations and seating area, as well as a full-time management staff.
The building is constructed using quality and attractive materials that will be aesthetically pleasing to the local community.
The living environments feature multiple floor plans and unit sizes; consisting of one, two and three-bedroom units. The units feature open floor plans, large living rooms, high ceilings, kitchen islands, balconies and patios, and maple trim. Kitchens will feature Energy Star appliances and built-in microwaves. Bathrooms have walk-in showers, and bedrooms offer enough space for a king-size bed.
The building and landscaping is designed and maintained in a way that is consistent with the quality of the building’s construction and will tie-in nicely with the neighboring town-home development. The project is designed with the intent to be considered a marquee project for the City of Columbia Heights for years to come.
