The building’s natural surroundings are incorporated into overall design of the 216-unit mid-rise apartment tower. Developed with Mill Creek Residential, the luxury apartment community started welcoming its first residents this summer.

Wright County Government Center Completed in Buffalo, Minn.

The four-story, 222,538-square-foot facility at 3650 Braddock Ave. NE is co-located on the same campus with the county’s Law Enforcement and Justice centers and houses 10 county departments, the County Board Room and Department of Motor Vehicles’ License Center.

Adaptive Reuse of Historic C.J. Duffey Paper Co. Site Completed in Minneapolis’ North Loop

The adaptive reuse project converted three historic warehouses into market-rate apartments, 22,700 square feet of retail space, and 10,300 square feet of resident amenities, including a 4,000-square-foot Crane Room – complete with a large, intact industrial crane soaring overhead.

BKV Group celebrated the grand opening of the Civic Campus in Fridley, Minnesota alongside Mayor Scott Lund and community development director Scott Hickok. The 184,000 square-foot campus was conceived as a “City Center” – a nexus point situated in the heart of Fridley on a 38-acre property.
