Phil Callison directs BKV Group’s government practice in the South Southwest. As Practice Leader and Partner for our team, Phil provides true firm leadership throughout the project. With over 60 government projects over his award-winning career, he has successfully led teams in a variety of building types including, city halls, police facilities, fire stations, courts, master planning and needs assessments, libraries, community and recreation centers, service centers, and performing arts and cultural centers. This diverse experience combined with Phil’s extensive experience for the private sector, allows him to challenge existing paradigms and bring best practices and innovation to the project.
