The overall design goal for University Village at Innovation Town Center is to create a dynamic mixed-use development. The project will be developed in multiple phases. Phase 1 will be the initial phase and will include Building C – student housing.
contemporary contextual style
The architectural design for the project will provide a contemporary and contextual aesthetic that highlights the project as an innovative hub. Complementing the design, the building layout and massing will provide a pedestrian scale and function to promote a communal sense of place. Multiple outdoor plaza and open spaces will be provided, including a plaza and extensive greenspace comprising a park setting and sidewalks connecting to the George Mason campus.
