Jonathan brings more than 22 years of national and international experience designing for market-rate and mixed-use developments. He leads the creative team and provides a high level of personal involvement and investment in each design effort. Jonathan believes that teamwork is the key to successful projects. As such, he develops close working relationships with clients, colleagues, contractors, and consultants. By working together to achieve the clients goals, the team creates a rewarding experience for everyone involved. Whether designing for market rate residential, student housing, or hospitality building, he works with his team to create memorable experiences for residents and guests-designing to meet their wants and needs, creating meaningful connections to the community, and realizing the clients vision. Jonathan takes a holistic and long-term approach to his projects, constantly exploring how BKV Group can be a positive change for the community, a place the residents are proud to call home.
